VEKTRA is operated by Elvis Obulemire ("we", "us"), currently as an individual operator (incorporation of a formal company entity is in progress; this page will be updated once that completes). Contact: vektraapp@gmail.com.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using VEKTRA, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or purchase a subscription. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Service Description

VEKTRA is a personal self-tracking and progress-analysis tool. You log daily data (mood, sleep, finances, goals, etc.) and VEKTRA computes scores and generates narrative summaries, including AI-generated text.

4. Not Medical, Financial, or Professional Advice

VEKTRA's scores, insights, and AI-generated narratives are automated, data-driven summaries for personal reflection only. They are not medical, psychological, financial, investment, or professional advice of any kind, and are not a substitute for consulting a qualified professional. AI-generated text can be inaccurate or miss context — use your own judgment.

5. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and not to misuse the referral system or share fraudulent data.

6. Subscription and Payment

VEKTRA offers both free and paid subscription tiers, billed in advance for the selected duration via our payment processors. Payments can be refunded within 10 days of the charge — see our Refund Policy for the full window and process.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal; you retain access until the current paid period ends.

8. Data and Privacy

Your data is processed according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

VEKTRA is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VEKTRA and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including decisions made based on logged data or AI-generated insights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud (including referral abuse or payment fraud), or misuse the service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. This clause will be revisited once VEKTRA's registered corporate entity is established.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
